The performance team is a group of gymnasts invited from the recreational program who like to work hard and have fun. These girls want more than recreational but do not prefer to compete (although some do), they train longer hours, focusing on apparatus technique, conditioning, flexibility, unity, teamwork, and of course performance routines! These girls perfect their performances at different events like the Ontario Gymnaestrada and Raptors 905 basketball games.
